Community Sound Healing : In the breathe cycle, fall is the exhale, winter is the bottom of the exhale, spring is the inhale and summer is the top of the inhale.

Join us in community to pause and find nourishment by enjoying an evening of sound healing to prepare you for the in-hale of spring. Your facilitator, Ashlee O’Regan is our resident astrologer and carries deep knowledge as a yoga teacher, reiki healer and psychic medium.
